Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. SREE VISHNUPRIYA MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Terms
1.1. Exchanges are permitted only in cases where:
The product delivered is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended upon delivery; or
The product received is incorrect (i.e., does not match the item ordered).
1.2. Exchange requests must be raised within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.3. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:
Unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition;
Returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and the original invoice; and
Free from any tampering, physical damage, or modification by the customer.
2. Exchange Request Procedure

Order ID and date of purchase;
Clear images of the product received, showing the defect or incorrect item; and
A brief description of the issue.
2.2. Upon review, We will communicate approval or rejection of the exchange request within 3 working days. Approval will be at Our sole discretion based on evidence provided.
2.3. If approved, We will share the return shipping address and instructions for courier dispatch.
2.4. You must ship the product, in secure packaging, to the address provided and bear the courier cost initially. The courier cost will be refunded or credited if the error is attributable to the Company (defective or wrong item supplied).
2.5. Once the product has been dispatched, You must share the courier tracking number with Our support team.
3. Replacement Process
3.1. Upon receiving the return shipment or valid tracking confirmation, We will initiate the shipment of the replacement product.
3.2. If the requested product or model is unavailable, You may choose one of the following options:
A replacement with an equivalent product of the same value; or
A store credit equal to the value of the returned product, valid for future purchases.
3.3. Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and logistics constraints.
4. Non-Exchangeable Products
The following categories are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:
Electrical or electronic components (e.g., sensors, relays, switches) that have been installed or connected;
Products damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or unauthorized repair;
Custom-built or special-order parts manufactured on demand;
Products returned without prior authorization or approval from the Company.
5. General Conditions
5.1. The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify the returned product before processing any replacement.
5.2. Any product returned without adherence to this Policy may be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.
5.3. The Company shall not be liable for any damage or loss occurring during the return shipment due to improper packaging by the customer.
5.4. This Policy does not limit any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
SREE VISHNUPRIYA MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
· Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
· SREE VISHNUPRIYA MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
· In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
· In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
· In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
· In case of any Refunds approved by the SREE VISHNUPRIYA MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED, it'll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
